“I was at a Rick Astley concert on Friday and needed to use the facilities; whilst there were plenty of toilets there was the inevitable queue. I am sure you that appreciate that ‘Port-a-loos’ can sometimes be rather unpleasant. However, my first impressions were very encouraging.
Three of your staff, Martin, Andy and Pete were on duty and they were darting from one cubicle to another. Cracking jokes and telling people which were free, as well as holding the doors open for people. This really helped to move the queue along and to my pleasant surprise, the loos were spotless and well supplied with paper. Also, there were none of the spillages that are common with these toilets and to a large extent, I suspect that this was helped by the dedicated urinals for the men. Martin, Andy and Pete made the whole thing a bit of fun. They kept checking the supplies and cleanliness; they were a real credit to Four Jays. Please pass my thanks and comments on to them.”
