Mains Site Toilet Cabins

Do you require portable toilet block hire? Mains Site Toilet Cabins can be a very cost-effective solution. If suitable mains drainage, water and electricity are available on site then these cabins are perfect for your site. The big plus? These units remove the need for regular servicing requirements, because they are connected to mains drainage. However, please note that a cleaning charge will be applied at the end of the hire period.

Our 1+1 Commercial Mains Connect Toilet units are now available with their own waste tank/staircase! Perfect if you don’t have access to mains drainage on site.

The unit still requires a 32 amp electric supply & a fresh water connection to operate.

Waste Tanks and Bowsers

We have a range of Waste Tanks and Bowsers, keep on reading to learn more about them.

Water bowsers can be for the management of temporary effluent storage, non-potable water supplies for flush and other non drinking purposes.

Using bowsers for temporary effluent storage and water on site provides a higher capacity use.

It is important to note that we are not able to supply any fresh drinking water services.

Metal Roadway

Metal Roadway provides heavy duty protection for grassed and soft access areas. Roadway is a preventative method that allows delivery vehicles and heavy equipment to access your site. It is worth noting that if the ground is very wet, then full protection of the under surface cannot be guaranteed. 

Metal roadway is also very useful for providing pedestrian access. Whether from car parking to the main party area or at event entrance doorways.

Temporary Roadway

Temporary Roadway / Trackway is available in 2.4m x 1.2m panels. You can either hire as supply only, or installed. They can be loose laid for quick temporary access, or clipped together (without tools) to form semi permanent roadways and car parks. This enables you to access your site or event venue even in the worst weathers.

Trackway provides ground cover stand vehicles up to 50 tons in weight. The panels are light and easy to handle manually, there is no need for a hiab lorry! A cost effective solution to access problems.

Temporary trackway is also very useful for providing pedestrian access. Whether from car parking to the main party area or at event entrance doorways.

Please note – Temporary roadway will have an effect on the under surface. Grass is particularly effected, however it will recover. The recovery time is dependent on the subsequent weather conditions, vehicle use and the duration of the the roadway installation.

Are you looking for safe secure storage? Our units are perfect for use at construction sites, house renovations or even temporary storage for valuables. The units have a strong and secure double-locking system, ensuring that you have peace of mind. The units are delivered by lorry with a Hiab arm and are available in varying sizes.

Does your site have difficult access? Our collapsible unit, the Expandastore, is a great solution. Made of component parts, they are easy to install on tight or congested sites. Because the unit comes flat packed additional labour will be required to erect the unit once it is in position.

Canteens / Restrooms

Our mobile Canteens / Restrooms are suitable for up to 8 people. They come complete with sink and hot water facilities and therefore require a 32 amp electrical supply, mains water and grey water disposal area/tank/mains drainage. To complete your hire you can add a microwave oven, kettle and fridge for an additional cost. They are all anti vandal units.

The Canteen Office is a static Hiab cabin that is available in sizes ranging from 10′ x 8′ to 21′ x 8′. They have various layout options such as canteen/office or canteen/drying room depending on your needs. Most of these units are anti-vandal.

HSE Requirements for your information

Canteens / Restrooms provide facilities for rest. Rest rooms or rest areas are required to be equipped with tables and seating (with backs) sufficient for the number of persons likely to use them at any one time.

There should be arrangements for meals to be prepared and eaten plus means for boiling water. In cold weather, heating should be provided.

Our mobile offices are multi use units, that can be fully equipped offices or rest rooms (in line with HSE requirements). We have a variety of sizes to suit you and your site.

The mobile office units can be stacked and have an exterior staircase attached if you need to save space on your site.

There should also be areas where meals can be prepared and eaten. In cold weather, heating should be provided and access to boiling water is a necessity.

HSE Requirements for Drying Rooms / Changing Rooms and lockers

Changing rooms are required where workers have to wear special clothing for the purposes of their work. They cannot be expected to change elsewhere. Seating is required, as well as, a means of drying clothes and lockers to store personal items securely.

Welfare Unit

Accommodate between 6 and 12 people with units from our welfare range. A toilet, seating and canteen areas, a drying room and an integral generator is inside each unit. Because they are made up of component parts, these units are easy to install into tight or congested sites. For peace of mind they have build in security in the way of a double-locking system.

These cabins are designed to be towed as a trailer, this means that once they are delivered they are easy to install. The units can simply be lowered to ground level once they are placed into their final position. Finally, because they do not require Hiab deliveries you will save on additional delivery costs that you would otherwise pay with different units.

HSE Requirements for your information

When working onsite everyone must have:

• Access to adequate toilet and washing facilities
• A place for preparing and consuming refreshments and somewhere for storing and drying clothing and PPE

Accommodation

Accommodation and changing rooms are needed where workers have to wear special clothing for the purposes of their work and cannot be expected to change elsewhere. The room must be provided with seating, means of drying and keeping clothing and personal effects secure.

Bowser Water/On Demand Pumps, we have 1000 and 2000 litre water bowsers available. These are non-portable water bowsers (for non drinking water). These can be supplied full and with on-demand pumps that are 240 volt or 110 volt if required. These are road tow tankers with braking and light boards.

Refurbishing / Delivery / Collection

We can collect and deliver your own unit, be it a toilet or a welfare unit. We can take it to a new site or take it in for service/deep clean and replenish, then redeliver it. Alternatively, we can come along and service your unit on a one off or regular basis.
