Portable, Event & Welfare Unit Toilet Servicing

Four Jays provides professional portable, event and welfare toilet servicing across Kent and the South East, covering everything from individual portable toilets to large luxury toilet trailers. Our service covers everything from individual portable toilets to welfare units, welfare vans and luxury toilet trailers, ensuring facilities remain clean, operational and compliant.

While toilets and welfare units hired directly from Four Jays usually include servicing, we also offer toilet and welfare unit or welfare van servicing for units privately owned or supplied by other providers. This includes welfare van toilet emptying, making us a flexible servicing partner.

Using our specialist tanker fleet, we deliver reliable toilet servicing for construction sites and multi-day events, ensuring facilities remain clean, fully operational and compliant. Servicing schedules can be tailored to usage levels, event duration and site requirements, helping to maintain hygiene standards and minimise disruption.

Whether you require routine servicing or additional visits during peak periods, Four Jays offers a flexible, dependable solution.

Attendant servicing is available as an optional add-on for events requiring a higher level of care and presentation. Our trained attendants work discreetly throughout events to maintain toilet facilities and ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

Attendant servicing includes:

  • Regular cleaning and hygiene checks
  • Restocking consumables such as toilet paper and sanitiser
  • Monitoring usage and responding quickly to issues
  • Supporting the smooth operation of facilities throughout the event

This service is ideal for large-scale events, corporate functions and high-footfall venues where visitor experience is a priority.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should portable toilets be serviced?

The frequency depends on usage levels, event duration and the number of units on site. For most events and construction sites, toilets are typically serviced at least once per week, with additional visits scheduled for high-footfall or multi-day events.

How close does the service vehicle need to be to the toilet?

Our toilet service vehicles should ideally be parked within 4 metres of the unit. 500-gallon tankers have a maximum hose length of 10 metres, while 3,000-gallon tankers can reach up to 45 metres, with a maximum 9-metre vertical lift. Suitable vehicle access is required to carry out servicing safely.

Can you service toilets and welfare units that were not hired from Four Jays?

Yes. Four Jays provides toilet servicing for units which are privately owned or hired from other suppliers, subject to access and site requirements. This is ideal for events or sites that need additional or replacement servicing support.

Do you service toilets at multi-day events?

Yes. We regularly provide event toilet servicing for multi-day events, festivals and temporary venues. Servicing schedules can be tailored to ensure facilities remain clean and operational throughout the event.

What does toilet servicing include?

Standard servicing includes:

  • Emptying waste tanks
  • Cleaning and sanitising the toilet unit
  • Restocking toilet paper and hand sanitiser
  • Checking units for damage or issues

Is attendant servicing included?

Attendant servicing is available as an optional add-on. It provides ongoing cleaning, restocking and monitoring throughout your event and is recommended for large or high-footfall events.

Where do you provide toilet servicing?

Can servicing be scheduled outside peak hours?
