Plant shutdown industrial

Brief:

During a scheduled plant shutdown at a major energy facility, the client required urgent welfare provisions due to an unexpected surge in contractor numbers. With limited parking and 24/7 operations, quick deployment of self-contained welfare units was critical.

Challenge:

Track matting had already been installed by FGS Utilities to expand parking capacity, but the site urgently required reinforcement of its welfare provisions. FGS Industrial contacted Four Jays, who responded within the hour with suitable options and direct coordination with the client.

Solution:

Six welfare units were delivered the same day, supported by on-site fuel boxes to meet site HSSE standards and ensure uninterrupted service. Two additional recirculating toilet trailers followed within 48 hours, with daily servicing arranged for all units.

Thanks to the swift coordination between Four Jays and FGS Industrial, the welfare setup was fully operational within hours – minimising disruption and maintaining efficiency throughout the shutdown.
