Brief
Our client was scheduled to deliver a new construction project in Tenterden, with a top priority being the provision of comfortable, well-equipped welfare facilities for their staff. Ensuring employees had a warm, dry space to rest during breaks and enjoy their meals was essential for fostering a productive and positive working environment.
Challenge
The client ordered one of our 20 static canteen units; however, when delivery using our Hiab vehicle was attempted, the access was too narrow to facilitate the delivery. The challenge was to identify a suitable alternative solution and arrange delivery to the site as swiftly as possible.

Solution
Our Hiab driver contacted the hire desk to report the failed delivery due to access restrictions and asked that the customer be contacted to discuss suitable options.
The hire desk promptly resolved the matter. In coordination with our yard manager, a suitable towable welfare unit was quickly identified, and our transport manager adjusted his delivery schedule to accommodate this additional delivery. Within an hour, the best solution was found and implemented, and later that same day, the mobile welfare unit was delivered by one of our experienced towing drivers.
