Brief:
This poplar challenge event which takes place through the landscapes of the beautiful Kent Downs, where participants can choose to walk, jog, or run at their own pace. Organisers needed a dependable welfare partner to provide clean, accessible toilets across checkpoints along the route.
Challenge:
The event’s layout included multiple checkpoints situated in difficult-to-access areas, with a strict installation and removal schedule. There was also a need to accommodate high footfall at specific points, such as the start and finish lines, all while ensuring minimal environmental impact in the protected natural setting.
Solution
Thanks to efficient planning, and experienced crews, 56 portable toilets were delivered on time and were well-maintained throughout. The cleanliness and availability of the toilets earned praise, reinforcing Four Jays’ reputation as a dependable partner for outdoor and rural events.
